WMM 1: Muscle, Emotion & Autonomics
Foundation course—the journey begins! Learn the template for all release procedures, in fact all “release” phenomena, at the easiest level—muscle, emotion, and the autonomic system. Learn a one-minute screening evaluation of both the physical body and how it’s controlled by the mind, allowing you to focus on key areas for further evaluation and treatment.

WMM 2: Fascia, Thought & Immune
Take everything we learned in WMM 1 and apply it to our understanding of fascia and thought, with an added dimension of complexity. Explore the relationship between fascia, the autonomic nervous system, and the immune system.
