Class Description

WMM 1 : Muscle, Emotion & Autonomics

Foundation course—the journey begins! Learn the template for all release procedures, in fact all “release” phenomena, at the easiest level—muscle, emotion, and the autonomic system. Learn a one-minute screening evaluation of both the physical body and how it’s controlled by the mind, allowing you to focus on key areas for further evaluation and treatment. Learn the relationship between muscle and emotion. Gain the ability to make a greater impact on the well-being of your patients and clients with less time, force, fatigue, wear and tear, and energy. Learn how to prevent the experience of being drained by your work or by certain client types. Break into higher levels of awareness of the human condition, human interactions, and human behavior.

No Prerequisite
14 CEU Credits

WMM 2: Fascia, Thought & Immune

Take everything we learned in WMM I—Muscle & Emotion—and apply it to our understanding of fascia and thought, with an added dimension of complexity in WMM II. Explore the relationship between fascia, the autonomic nervous system, and the immune system. Hone your skills in evaluating structure and function, and learn the critical role that perception plays in how and where we treat.

Prerequisites: WMM 1
14 CEU Credits

WMM 3: Viscera & Feelings

The viscera operate under autonomic control and therefore release in the same fashion as muscle. The organs are wrapped in a thick fascia—the capsule—which, like all connective tissue, releases at the second quantum level of release: fascia and thought. So here, we are not learning a new level of release, but rather combining everything we know and applying it to a different tissue. This will cement the first two levels while adding subtleties that prepare you for the next “leap” in awareness and skill in WMM IV: the osseous tissues—bone.

Prerequisites: WMM 1-2
14 CEU Credits

WMM 4: Bone, Self & the Endocrine System

Learn the physiology of bone to facilitate the release of entire regions of the body (while remaining within the scope of practice for soft-tissue therapists). Apply the principles of release to the bony structures used in our initial screen. Achieve releases in all of the tissues within the fascia hanging from that bone. Make a quantum shift in awareness and results with less work. Understand the beginnings of spirit and the endocrine system, and their relationships to bone and the rest of the body.

Prerequisites: WMM 1-3
14 CEU Credits

WMM 5: Cranium & Life Force

Study the release of the cranial system, the cerebrospinal fluid, the cranial rhythmic impulse, and their relationships to the whole person. Learn to integrate all knowledge and experience into a single, cohesive approach.

Prerequisites: WMM 1-4
14 CEU Credits

WMM 6: Advanced Cranial

In this class we make a leap in perception while exploring the intricacies of the Cranial System by introducing the “slow wave” and soul activity. The slow wave is the shortest route to the release of key sutural and dural structures that restrict the Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF),  Cranial Rhythmic Impulse (CRI), and the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the Soul’s ability to express itself in the physical universe. It takes you and your patient/client to deeper levels of the soul for release of deeper blocks to the soul’s functioning. We’ll look with greater detail at key sutures and how they can lock up the entire structure and distort the Cranial Rhythmic Impulse.

Prerequisites:  WMM 1-5
14 CEU Credits

WMM 7: Whole Wave

When we leap in perception to “whole wave,” we see the body as a single body of water and salt, with infinite waves throughout—every frequency and amplitude you can imagine. We match the pressures and still the waters. In the cranium, we can feel how standing waves create the structure and shape of the head, with all of its functional and dysfunctional aspects. As we match the pressures and follow the flows, the dysfunctional standing waves break into motion waves that disperse the energy, and the shape of the head moves toward a more functional, free‑moving, expanding and contracting structure—and the brain follows suit.

Prerequisites:  WMM 1-6
14 CEU Credits

WMM 8: Midline

The midline release is the highest release possible in the physical body. It is ineffable—words cannot describe it adequately. The term “midline” comes from embryology. It is the path by which cellular replication creates structure; it is neither in the middle nor is it a line. It is the pre‑energy that all things come from—source, void, nagual, Qi. The unstructured pre‑energy that both structures and moves that structure. After a midline release, the whole body inhales, and the spiritual being re‑inhabits the spaces it was knocked out of by trauma.

Prerequisite:  WMM 7
14 CEU Credits

Practicum: Jumping levels

This advanced course is available to anyone who has completed WMM I and above. It is highly recommended for all students at any point in their journey. We assess each student individually to determine their actual level of functioning and fill in the gaps, enabling them to leap to higher levels.

Prerequisite: WMM 1
CEU Credits to be determined
